Guided by the mentorship of a venerable industry luminary—incidentally, my father, Mike—I embarked on a post-collegiate voyage of self-discovery. This fortuitous choice unveiled my vocational calling: an amalgamation of photography, real estate proficiency, and adept management. Fueled by an environment deeply rooted in core familial values, my workplace transcends the confines of routine, becoming a wellspring of genuine contentment and ardor.
A fervent proponent of perpetual progress and innovation in our rapidly evolving technological milieu, I have readily embraced the dynamic challenges catalyzed by the digital epoch. My ardor for inventive problem-solving finds expression in my ceaseless exploration of pioneering methodologies to astutely market our clients' properties, harnessing the formidable tools of modern practice.

In addition to my diverse professional pursuits, I've orchestrated pivotal transitions that have enriched our company's trajectory. I oversaw the transformation of our enterprise from a local real estate office to RE/MAX Traditions within the framework of RE/MAX, LLC. During my inaugural year, my strategic implementations catalyzed a doubling of the company's sales. My ascendancy from a member in 2019 to Vice Chair in 2020, and subsequently to Chair in 2021, within the local Alabama REALTORS® Political Action Committee reflects my commitment to leadership and influence. As Head Chair, our committee achieved a historical milestone by raising the highest amount of funds at the local level.
Furthermore, I actively contribute to a three-person team that competes monthly with every RE/MAX office in Alabama. Despite contending with larger teams and urban hubs, we consistently secure a spot on the top 50 list for both commissions earned and transactions closed. This achievement underscores my dedication to excellence and resilience in a competitive landscape.
Beyond the professional realm, real estate investing has emerged as a pivotal component of my personal growth within the industry. My ownership of multiple rental properties, coupled with investments in fix-and-flip ventures, have deepened my insights into real estate dynamics. These experiences have also imparted me with foundational knowledge in home repair and a holistic understanding of crucial construction facets.
